About the project
Buildings A & C within the PPP3 plot were redeveloped into a modern office building with a state-of-the-art parking facility, marking a milestone as the first Parksmart-certified structure in Greece, while at the same time achieving LEED Platinum certification. The project introduced sustainable mobility solutions, including electric vehicle charging stations, efficient lighting systems, and optimized traffic flow to minimize emissions. Rainwater management and green landscaping further enhanced environmental performance, while the design prioritized user safety and comfort. This innovative approach demonstrates how ancillary infrastructure can contribute to holistic sustainability goals, supporting eco-friendly transportation and complementing the broader regeneration of the Agios Dionysios district.
