About the project
On an 10,000 m2 plot at the Municipality of Maroussi DIMAND constructed a building in elliptical shape with the inner free space of the building predominating (inner courtyard). The building is composed of office units, a restaurant and places for gathering, movement and relaxation of the employees.
In addition, green space extends over a very large part of the plot, embracing the building perimeter. The building is currently housing KAIZEN GAMING.
The shape of the building, the connection between outdoor and indoor areas, the bioclimatic characteristics, the choice of materials and the final image give it the character of a landmark
