About the project
Building D is part of HUB 26 complex, the first large-scale sustainable business park in Northern Greece, located at the western entrance of Thessaloniki on 26th October Street, directly opposite the historic former FIX brewery.
The HUB 26 development is a contemporary office complex consisting of four buildings with a total built area of approximately 31,000 m², designed to create a modern and sustainable business environment for national and multinational companies as well as financial institutions.
Within the complex, Building D is conceived as a distinctive architectural volume inspired by the industrial heritage of Thessaloniki. Its monolithic form and robust character draw references from the nearby historic FIX brewery and the city’s industrial past.
The gradual transition from darker tones at the base to lighter hues toward the top creates a subtle gradient effect, evoking the atmospheric mist characteristic of the city while giving the building a distinctive visual identity.
As part of the HUB 26 campus, Building D contributes to a new generation of high-quality, sustainable office environments designed to support contemporary ways of working while playing an active role in the regeneration of Thessaloniki’s western gateway.
