About the project

Building B is part of the HUB 26 complex, the first large-scale sustainable business park in Northern Greece, located at the western entrance of Thessaloniki on 26th October Street, directly opposite the historic former FIX brewery.

The HUB 26 development is a contemporary office complex consisting of four buildings with a total built area of approximately 31,000 m², designed to create a modern and sustainable business environment for national and multinational companies as well as financial institutions.

The HUB 26 - Building B is located in the middle of the plot. Access by foot and bike, is achieved via the Mediterranean garden which it shares with the surrounding buildings. Covered bicycle parking spaces are available. Access by car is guaranteed via the shared underground parking structure, which offers charging stations for electric vehicles.

The façade is composed of custom-designed ceramic bricks arranged in a three-dimensional pattern using multiple shades of terracotta. The gradual transition from darker tones at the base to lighter hues toward the top creates a subtle gradient effect, evoking the atmospheric mist characteristic of the city while giving the building a distinctive visual identity.

The roof of the building is covered with high reflective materials, therefore reducing the urban heat island effect.

The native plants provide habitat for pollinators and use rainwater for irrigation.

As part of the HUB 26 campus, Building B contributes to a new generation of high-quality, sustainable office environments designed to support contemporary ways of working while playing an active role in the regeneration of Thessaloniki’s western gateway.
