HUB 26 - Building A is a prominent commercial structure within the HUB 26 business park, part of Thessaloniki’s first large-scale sustainable development.
Positioned with street-facing façades and direct access to the central piazza, it maximizes natural light and sea views.
The building features a high-performance brick façade, inspired by the adjacent historic FIX brewery, integrating bioclimatic design principles.
Achieving LEED Gold certification, Building A incorporates green roofs, locally sourced materials, and energy-efficient mechanical systems, ensuring a reduced environmental footprint.
