About the project
The property located next to the first large-scale bioclimatic business park in Northern Greece, HUB26, and directly across from the former FIX brewery facilities, is set to be transformed into a state-of-the-art, green, five-story building with a total area of 5,170 sq.m. The project initially aimed for LEED Gold certification. The design includes the creation of a private courtyard spanning 400 sq.m. to enhance the well-being and comfort of the employees.
