1. Purpose & Scope
BEYOND SUSTAINABILITY is committed to conducting business responsibly and sustainably, in alignment with applicable Greek and European Union legislation and internationally recognized ESG principles.
We recognize that our impact may be limited in scale; however, we are committed to integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations into our strategy, operations, and decision-making processes in a manner proportionate to our size, resources, and business activities.
This policy applies to all employees, management, and, where relevant, business partners acting on our behalf.

While our scale does not allow for formal climate targets at this stage, we remain aware of climate-related risks and opportunities and consider them in strategic planning where relevant.

Reports may be made in good faith without fear of retaliation. Concerns will be reviewed proportionately and confidentially where possible.
15. Governance & Oversight
Senior management retains overall responsibility for the implementation and periodic review of this ESG policy.
As a small enterprise, we integrate ESG considerations into existing management processes rather than establishing complex standalone systems. We remain committed to strengthening governance structures as our organization grows.
16. Review & Commitment
This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure continued relevance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with evolving ESG expectations.
