Inauguration of HUB 26
Exciting News from Thessaloniki!
On Friday, September 6th, HUB 26 officially opened its doors, marking a new era of development for Thessaloniki and Northern Greece.
HUB26, the first large-scale, bioclimatic business park in Northern Greece, is the starting point of a new era for the West Gate of Thessaloniki.
The event, held under the auspices of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, was graced by representatives from the Greek government, MPs, local government officials, the business community, and media. The evening was skillfully coordinated by ERT3 journalist Synthia Sapika.
This state-of-the-art green office complex, which will accommodate 2,500 employees, and has already attracted high-profile tenants like Nasdaq-listed TaskUs. By Spring 2025, it will also host the new offices of the Black Sea Trade & Development Bank (BSTDB). Other leading financial institutions such as Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank will also make HUB 26 their new home.
